■ Overview of the "farewell party"
Farewell from all IS:SUE members: Held after each performance
* RIN is not scheduled to participate.
*This event does not include any opportunities to meet IS:SUE members, get autographs, take commemorative photos, etc. Also, please note that you will not be able to receive gifts.
*Please note that those who are selected to attend the farewell party will be joining together with the winners of IS:SUE 4th single "PHASE" pre-order campaign.
*Participation in the "farewell party" is limited to one time per person per venue. Please note that even in any of the following cases, you will only be able to participate once.
●If you win Prize A in the lottery for those who pre-order the CD at the venue of "2025 IS:SUE 1ST TOUR -IS:SUE IS COMING".
●If you have already been selected to attend the "farewell party" at the "2025 IS:SUE 1ST TOUR -IS:SUE IS COMING" venue, which is available to those who have pre-ordered the UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE version of the 4th single "PHASE", you will be selected again.
<Notes regarding the "farewell party">
*Minors must obtain parental consent before participating. If a minor participates, it will be assumed that parental consent has been obtained. If you are unable to obtain parental consent, please refrain from participating in the event.
*Please note that various restrictions may be imposed on the event to prevent accidents and confusion on the day.
*Due to weather, trouble, or artist circumstances, the event may be canceled, or members may be changed or absent. The event date and content may also be changed due to circumstances. In such cases, no refunds will be given for fan club membership fees or other expenses. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled or ended midway. Please be aware of this in advance.
*If you do not follow the precautions, you may not be able to participate in the event. The event itself may also be canceled. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
*Please note that the organizers will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings or accidents that occur.
*Those who are drinking or under the influence of alcohol will be denied participation in the event.
*Pets are not permitted at the venue.
*For all other matters related to the event management, please follow the instructions of the venue management staff.
*Transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. associated with participating in the event are the customer's responsibility. If the event is canceled or the date is changed, transportation costs, accommodation costs, etc. will not be compensated even if you are unable to participate in the event because you did not meet the event participation conditions.
*Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding the event.
<About resale and transfer>
* Applications for the purpose of resale are strictly prohibited. Reselling the prizes won to a third party, regardless of the reason, is strictly prohibited. Providing the prizes to a third party for the purpose of resale is also prohibited.
*If we find that tickets have been sold at auctions or resold at high prices, we will refuse the participation of the seller and purchaser. Furthermore, if reselling is confirmed, we will ask for your identity on the day of the event. If we are unable to confirm your identity, we may refuse your participation. Reselling includes selling/bidding on auctions, buying and selling on the internet or social media, buying and selling through ticket shops, purchasing agents, scalpers, and malicious third parties.
<Regarding audio, video and photography>
*Bringing photography and recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with photography functions, recorders, videos, and other recording and recording equipment) to the event, taking photographs, filming videos, recording audio, live streaming (live broadcasting with audio and video) using cameras or mobile phones during the event, etc. is strictly prohibited in order to protect the rights of artists.
*If your smartphone is sticking out of your bag or pocket, or if you are using a smartphone or binoculars during the event, staff may check you. Please set your smartphone to silent mode, remove your smartwatch from your wrist, and store it securely in your bag.
*Please note that if anyone is found taking photographs or recording, the equipment will be immediately confiscated and you will be refused participation in the event. The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur as a result of not following the instructions of staff. Even if you are refused participation in the event, we will not refund any fan club membership fees or other fees.
*Any behavior that disrupts the work of venue staff may be recorded or photographed in order to maintain order at the venue.
<About identity verification when attending the "farewell party">
*On the day of the event, winners will be required to verify their identity at the reception desk.
*Participants will be asked to show their ID upon arrival to verify their identity. Please present a "valid ID" as specified by us. Copies are not accepted in any case. Please bring the original document that is still valid. Anyone who does not bring the "valid ID" specified by us will be denied participation, regardless of the reason. *Only the winner can participate.
*Transfers are strictly prohibited, even between family members or friends.
*The registration information you enter will be shared with the lottery and winning notification process, LAPONE GIRLS, and Universal Music LLC. Your information will not be disclosed or provided to any third parties other than our subcontractors without your consent (unless disclosure is required by law, etc.).
*If the organizer determines that an event participant is involved in any way with anti-social forces (gangster groups, gang members, right-wing groups, anti-social forces, or similar entities; the same applies below), or that they cooperate with or are involved in the maintenance, operation, or management of anti-social forces through funding or other means, the organizer may refuse that person's participation in the event.

*Copies and expired documents will be invalid, so please be sure to bring the original document that is within the expiration date.
*Digital ID displayed on smartphones or other electronic devices (e.g., My Number card information stored on a smartphone) cannot be used as identification. Anyone who does not have official proof of identity will be denied participation, regardless of the reason.
