I can't update the app
If the update button does not change in the App Store or Google Play store, please try this.
■ iPhone customers
You can update it by refreshing your account page in the App Store app.
<How to update your account page>
[1] Press and hold the "App Store" app on your smartphone's home screen.
[2] Tap "Updates" to display the account page.
[3] Swipe down on the account page
→The page will be updated and please update IS:SUE APP from the list of "Available Updates".
*Customers using iOS12 will need to open the AppStore app and display the account page (there is no long press function on the home screen).
■Android customers
Restarting the Google Play app, updating it, or restarting your device may solve the problem. Please try this.
If the problem persists, please check the following.
Please check your internet connection and whether other apps are updating, and try the following:
・Restart the Google Play app and restart your device.
Clear your cache
・Perform a forced stop

[1] Press and hold the "Google Play" app on your smartphone's home screen.
[2] Tap "App Info" to display the app information page of the Google Play app.
[3] Tap "Storage Usage"
[4] Tap "Clear cache" to clear the cache
→Open the Google Play app again and try updating.
<How to force stop>
[1] Press and hold the "Google Play" app on your smartphone's home screen.
[2] Tap "App Info" to display the app information page of the Google Play app.
[3] Tap "Force Quit"
→Open the Google Play app again and try updating.
*If the "App Info" button does not appear even after pressing and holding, open the settings app on your smartphone, select "Apps (or Applications)", then select "Google Play" to open the app information page.
If pressing the update button does not produce any response, try updating the Google Play app or freeing up storage space on your smartphone.
