• 当日ご当選者様には、身分証明書をご持参いただき、ご本人確認の上ご参加いただきます。いただいた個人情報は、LAPONE GIRLS、Fanplus、ユニバーサル ミュージック合同会社で共有いたします。また、個人情報は本イベントの用途以外には使用いたしません。

• 当イベントの集合時間や集合場所などの詳細は、当選者の方へのみ別途ご案内いたします。

• 当イベントは『2026 IS:SUE 1ST TOUR FINAL - IS:SUE IS COMING』公演終演後の実施となります。お子様が未成年の場合は各地域の条例に従って、保護者の方の同意の上でご参加ください。未成年の方がご参加された場合は、保護者の方の同意を得たものとみなします。ご家族のご同伴・係員の付き添い等はできません。

• お見送り会の実施時間をご確認の上、くじにご参加ください。

• 集合時間に遅れた場合には、お見送り会にご参加いただけないことがございます。その場合は、当選無効となりますのでご注意ください。

• 当日の状況によって開始時間が急遽変更になる場合や、ご案内開始までお時間をいただく場合もございます。お帰りの際の交通機関は各自あらかじめご確認の上、ご参加ください。なお開始が遅延した場合のお客様の帰路（終電時刻等）については一切の責任を負いかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

• 開始が遅延した場合の交通費、宿泊費等は補償いたしかねます。

• やむを得ない事情により、イベント内容やメンバーの変更、または中止となる場合もございます。変更・中止に伴うご返金はお受けできません。また、日程振替等はございません。あらかじめご了承ください。

• ご本人様都合による不参加の場合も、返金はできません。

• お見送り会の当選権利は、当選日にのみ有効となります。他の日程での使用はできません。

• お見送り会は当選されたご本人様のみの参加となります。いかなる場合においても同伴者の参加はできかねます。

• 参加券の転売行為、コピー、偽造は固く禁止します。転売等によって入手した券は無効といたします。

• 当選権利の転売行為や他人への譲渡(親族含む)､身分証明書の偽造等の不正行為はいかなる理由の場合も固く禁止いたします。発覚した場合､今後のイベント参加をお断りいたします。

• 不正が発覚した場合は、当選は無効となります。

• 受付後の再入場はできません。ご了承ください。

• 車椅子でご来場の方は、当日会場係員にお声掛けください。

• 禁止事項に該当する行為が発覚した場合、今後の関連イベントにはご参加をお断りいたします。

• メンバーへ接触、およびプレゼント・手紙等の手渡しは禁止となります。

• イベント中に不適切な表現（メンバーへの誹謗中傷、ポーズ･表情や発言の強要、公序良俗に反する行為等）が見られた場合など、スタッフの判断によりイベントから退場していただく場合がございます。

• 危険物、酒類の持ち込みおよび飲酒後、酒気帯びでのイベントへの参加は禁止です。

• 当日は係員およびスタッフの指示に従ってください。従っていただけない場合、参加をお断りすることや、またやむを得ずお見送り会を中止にする可能性もございます。

• 会場内でスタッフの指示および注意事項に従わずに生じた事故、お客様同士のトラブルについては、主催者は一切責任を負いません。

• イベント会場内外で発生した事故・盗難等には主催者・会場・出演者は一切責任を負いません。貴重品は各自で管理してください。

• 当日お見送り会の模様を撮影させていただく可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

• ご当選者様による携帯電話・ビデオカメラ等での録音・録画・撮影は一切禁止となります。お見送り会開始前には携帯電話の電源をお切りいただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

• 荷物について：大きいお荷物は事前に外部施設のコインロッカー等にお預けください。会場ではキャリーバッグやお荷物のお預かり、荷物置き場の設置はございません。会場周辺の公共施設・駅等をご利用される場合、各施設のご迷惑となる行為はご遠慮ください。

• イベント参加者が、反社会的勢力等（暴力団、暴力団員、右翼団体、反社会的勢力、その他これに準ずる者。以下同じ）または資金提供その他を通じて反社会的勢力等の維持、運営もしくは経営に協力もしくは関与する等、反社会的勢力等と何らかの交流もしくは関与を行っていると主催者が判断した場合、主催者はその者に対するイベントへの参加やサービスの購入を拒否することができるものとします。

• 公演当日には、会場内でのアナウンスを再度ご確認ください。

• お見送り会実施の際にマスク着用や事前の検温などをお願いする場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

• 当日の状況により、アーティストもマスクを着用した状態で参加させていただく可能性がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

• 体調不良であることが見受けられるお客様には、スタッフよりお声がけさせていただき、お見送り会へのご参加を制限させていただく場合がございます。また途中で体調が悪くなった場合は無理をせず、お近くのスタッフまで速やかにお申し出ください。

• 万が一、発熱・咳・全身痛などの症状がある場合は、ご来場の前に必ず医療機関にご連絡の上、指定された医療機関で受診されますようお願いいたします。

• 運営スタッフの判断で参加をお断りする場合もございます。その場合も、サービス代金の返金、交通費/旅費等の補償は行いません。また、別日程イベントへの振替も行いません。ご理解の上、ご参加いただけますようお願いいたします。

Tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets.

E-tickets are scheduled to be available for collection from 20:00, three days before each performance. Please check the individual reception pages for details. (Seats will be displayed on the day of the performance (three hours before the doors open).)

Admission

To enter, you will need one smartphone for each e-ticket. Your companions will also need smartphones.

If you apply for two or more tickets, you will need to distribute the e-tickets to your companions.

Upon entering, launch the [LIVE QR PLUS] app and have the QR code displayed.

Please make sure that the person who applied and the accompanying person who received the electronic ticket from the applicant are present at the venue. We may ask for your identity on the day of the performance. Please make sure to bring a valid ID* that can be used for identity verification.
If you are not the person in question or if you forget your valid ID*, you may be denied entry. In such cases, no refunds will be given for the ticket price or other expenses.

If you are unable to attend for unavoidable reasons, please use the "fixed price trade" service provided by ticket board.

*Overseas members are not permitted to list items in "Fixed Price Trade".

*Fixed price trading is available to those who can receive the ticket price at a convenience store in Japan or into a bank account in Japan.

• The performance date, opening/start time, performers, etc. may be subject to change at short notice.

• We will not be able to provide refunds or other compensation if you are unable to enter the venue.

• Bringing electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with a shooting function, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and dangerous items into the venue is prohibited. We cannot store items inside the venue, so please store your suitcases and other luggage in a nearby coin locker in advance and keep your luggage compact when you come to the venue.

• If prohibited items are found, please follow the instructions of staff. Once it is confirmed that there are no prohibited items, you will be allowed entry.

• There is no cloakroom or other facility where you can leave your luggage inside the venue. Please manage your luggage and valuables at your own risk. The organizers will not be held responsible for any damages such as theft or loss.

• During the performance, please watch from your seat, either standing or sitting. Any actions that bring you close to other customers in front, behind, or on either side of you, such as leaving your seat, running forward, or leaning forward, are prohibited.

• Unnecessary seat movements or exchanges during the performance are prohibited, and attendees are asked to refrain from contact with other attendees and lending or borrowing items.

• Any kind of crowded gathering and trading of goods, etc. is prohibited both inside and outside the venue.

• If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please inform a member of staff immediately.

• Please note that staff will contact any visitors who appear to be unwell. We also ask for your understanding that we may refuse entry to those in a certain condition.

• Eating or drinking is prohibited during the performance, except for the purpose of hydration. Bringing in alcoholic beverages/drinking is prohibited.

In more serious cases, in order to prevent recurrence, we may be forced to take legal action against those who take pictures or eavesdrop without prior notice, as it is considered an illegal act, so please absolutely refrain from such acts.
  Furthermore, unless the number of people purchasing such unofficial merchandise decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the unauthorized sale and distribution of unofficial goods. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that violates the rights of artists.

Anyone who falls under any of the following categories may be denied entry.

Those who are unable to follow the precautions and requests, or who are deemed to be interfering with safety. Furthermore, if such behavior is discovered during the performance, you will be asked to leave the venue.

People under the influence of alcohol. If staff determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, you will be denied entry. Alcohol consumption can raise your body temperature, so please refrain from drinking before coming to the venue. In addition, bringing in alcoholic beverages is prohibited.

• We will provide information regarding on-site and online sales of concert goods as soon as the details are decided.

• When concert goods or other items are sold at the venue, we will provide separate information regarding the sales area.

• Copies are not permitted in any case. Please bring the original document that is not expired.
