■ Individual voice message special event (300 people in total)

▶A member of your choice will record a voice message on your smartphone.

・Kansai venue: 50 people from each member / 150 people in total

・Kanto venue: 50 people from each member / 150 people in total

*Please choose a message from the list prepared by each member at the venue on the day of the event.

*The message list will be different for the Tokyo and Osaka venues and will be announced at each venue on the day of the event.

*Please note that we cannot accommodate requests to add the customer's name or other lines to the message.

*Recording devices are limited to smartphones. Tablets and other recording devices are not permitted.

*Recording will be done using the standard voice memo app on your smartphone.

*Please note that you will not be able to participate if you are using an app with a recording function, even if it is a standard smartphone app.

*When recording, please start the voice memo function and hand your smartphone over to a staff member so that you can start recording by tapping. The staff member will take your smartphone and when you tap the record button, a member will record your message. After that, the staff member will press the end recording button and return your smartphone to you. Please note that the staff member will operate the screen of your smartphone when recording.

*It is expected that sounds from within the venue other than the members' voices may be recorded, but we will not be able to re-record or provide refunds for this reason. Re-recordings will only be done if the organizers are found to be at fault, such as a staff member's operation that prevented the recording from being recorded.

*If you wish to re-record, please be sure to ask a nearby staff member during the "Individual Voice Message Special Event." We cannot accommodate requests outside the hours after the "Individual Voice Message Special Event" has ended.

* Taking photographs, videos, and audio recordings with cameras or mobile phones are strictly prohibited within the venue. If anyone is found taking photographs or recordings, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave immediately, so please be aware of this in advance.

*The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur as a result of not following the instructions of staff.

*If you notice any of this behavior, please be sure to notify a nearby staff member as it may lead to trouble between customers. If staff deem your behavior to be dangerous or a nuisance, you may be asked to leave. In the case of being asked to leave, we will not be able to offer returns or refunds for any products.

*Any behavior that disrupts the work of venue staff may be recorded or photographed in order to maintain order at the venue.

◎ Regarding recording, filming, and photography during the <Individual Voice Message Special Event>

*Only smartphones can be used for recording.

*Please bring your own smartphone to the event venue.Please note that if you do not have a smartphone on the day, you will not be able to participate in the event even if you are selected.In this case, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds.

*Please make sure that the voice memo app is installed on your smartphone before attending the event.

*If we are unable to record due to reasons such as your smartphone being out of battery or not having enough storage space, we may refuse your participation. In such cases, we will not be able to offer refunds or return the product.

*There is no space to charge your smartphone inside the venue. Please be sure to bring your own charging equipment.

*When recording, please close all apps other than the voice memo app. If other apps are running, the staff may ask you to close them.

*Recording is strictly prohibited outside of the time permitted by the organizer (including during meeting with members). If you are discovered recording or do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave, your smartphone will be confiscated, and the data will be erased. In this case, we will not provide a refund. Please be sure to follow the instructions of the staff when recording.

*The recorded audio cannot be used in videos for monetization or for commercial purposes.

*Please note that this event will not involve any contact with the members.

■Notes

・The "Participation Notice" sent by UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE will not be reissued under any circumstances. If you lose it, you will not be able to participate in the event, so please keep it safe until the day of the event.

- Please note that if you cancel your membership, your My Page and your "Winner/Loser Notification" and "Participation Notification" will be deleted and cannot be restored.

・Minors must obtain parental consent before applying and participating. If a minor applies and participates, it will be assumed that the minor has parental consent. If the minor cannot obtain parental consent, the minor should refrain from participating in the event.
