*Please note that we will not be able to accommodate you if you are late due to delays in public transport such as flights or trains. Please make sure to arrive with plenty of time.
*Please refrain from smoking or drinking alcohol during the event.
*Please refrain from excessive face painting as we will not be able to verify your identity. You will be asked to remove the paint on the spot or you will be refused participation.
*Please refrain from making excessive requests to members. Please note that we may decline your request depending on the content.

*On the day of the event, we will check your identity document. Please be sure to bring the "valid ID" specified here with you when you participate. If we are unable to check your identity on the day, you will be refused entry.
*It is strictly prohibited for customers to record, record, or take screenshots of phone calls. If this is discovered, or if staff deems it possible to record or record, the call will be terminated. It is also strictly prohibited to copy, transfer, lend, or upload recordings (including recorded data) to the internet or SNS. *Please refrain from smoking or drinking alcohol during the event.

*Regarding the date of the event, each member will be required to participate within the time period allocated by the organizer. We will not be able to accommodate outside of this time period.
*Please participate in an environment with stable communication. If the communication environment is unstable, you may not be able to use the service comfortably due to freezing, etc. Please note that we cannot provide compensation for any environmental problems or equipment troubles on the customer's side.
*If you use a mobile phone line, a separate communication fee will be charged. Please note that the communication fee will be borne by the customer, so please be careful if you are not using a flat-rate communication service.
*The organizer will not be held responsible for any problems or malfunctions with your mobile phone or network environment, or errors such as loss of communication during a call, regardless of the reason.
