【大阪】オリックス劇場 物販特設エリア

先行販売:11:00〜15:30予定

開場中販売:16:00〜16:45予定


【東京】Kanadevia Hall 物販特設エリア

◼︎2026年6月19日(金)

先行販売:11:00〜17:00予定

開場中販売:17:30〜18:15予定


*Sales will be suspended 30 minutes before the opening in order to prepare for the opening.

*Please refrain from contacting the venue directly (by phone, etc.).

*Payment must be made in one lump sum.

*When using credit cards, QR code payments, or electronic money, payment may take some time depending on the communication conditions. In addition, you may not be able to use these methods due to communication environment or other reasons.

*Please note that this cannot be used in conjunction with cash payment.

*On the day, we may stop accepting credit cards, QR code payments, and electronic money due to unavoidable circumstances.

◎We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products for reasons of customer convenience.

◎ Due to the material and production process, there may be some scratches or scuffs on the surface of the product. Please note that this does not affect the use of the product.

◎We will do our best to avoid handing over the wrong item or giving you insufficient change, but please be sure to check the item immediately after purchase. We cannot respond to requests after the time has passed.

◎不良品の交換は購入日の会場のみとなります。ご購入後すみやかにご確認をお願いいたします。また該当商品が品切れの場合は返金にて対応させていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。

◎If you have purchased a defective product online, please contact the online store where you made the purchase to exchange it. We cannot accept requests for exchanges at the venue for same-day sales.

◎If you have purchased an OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, please be sure to check that it lights up. In the event of a defect, please present your purchase receipt and speak to a staff member during the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK sales hours at each venue. We will not be able to assist you for any reason other than lost receipts or during the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK sales hours on the day of purchase.

◎Sales numbers are limited. Please note that some items may sell out.

◎We are unable to provide product samples at the sales counter.

◎Please note that the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK does not come with batteries.

◎Staying up all night at the venue or surrounding area, gathering from late at night, and any other loud noises are strictly prohibited as they will cause inconvenience to the neighborhood.

◎If you form a line before the start of the queue, that line will be invalid. Staff will guide you in forming the line.

◎Cutting in line or running when lining up is extremely dangerous and is strictly prohibited.
