《グッズ・OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK・CAPSULE TOYに関する注意事項》
◎購入の際は注文シートの記入にご協力ください。
◎We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products for reasons of customer convenience.
◎ Due to the material and production process, there may be some scratches or scuffs on the surface of the product. Please note that this does not affect the use of the product.
◎We will do our best to avoid handing over the wrong item or giving you insufficient change, but please be sure to check the item immediately after purchase. We cannot respond to requests after the time has passed.
◎Defective products can only be exchanged at the venue on the day of purchase. Please check the product promptly after purchase. Please note that if the product is out of stock, we may offer a refund.
◎If you have purchased a defective product online, please contact the online store where you made the purchase to exchange it. We cannot accept requests for exchanges at the venue for same-day sales.
◎If you have purchased an OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, please make sure to check that it lights up. If there is a defect, please present your purchase receipt and speak to a staff member during OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK sales hours. We cannot respond to lost receipts or purchases made outside of OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK sales hours, regardless of the reason.
◎Sales numbers are limited. Please note that some items may sell out.
◎We are unable to provide product samples at the sales counter.
◎ As we have many sales outlets, there may be a time lag in informing you when a product is sold out. If a product is sold out after you place an order, you may not be able to purchase it.
◎If a product is sold out, we will inform you on the product POP, but please note that there may be a delay in providing this information.
◎If the product is sold out, we may provide a refund.
◎Please note that the OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK does not come with batteries.
◎Staying up all night at the venue or surrounding area, gathering from late at night, and any other loud noises are strictly prohibited as they will cause inconvenience to the neighborhood.
◎If you form a line before the start of the queue, that line will be invalid. Staff will guide you in forming the line.
◎Cutting in line or running when lining up is extremely dangerous and is strictly prohibited.
◎We may issue numbered tickets depending on how crowded the venue is.
◎The entrance line start time and the entrance queue/waiting area may change depending on the weather and other conditions on the day. Please note that the entrance method may also change without notice depending on the operational situation. In the event of any changes, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff.
◎グッズ・OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK・CAPSULE TOY購入の待機列には、ご購入されるお客様のみの整列とさせていただきます。お連れ様には販売エリアの外でお待ちいただくようお願いいたします。なお、入場待機列でのお待ち合わせはご遠慮願います。
◎The following actions are prohibited as they cause inconvenience to other customers.
* Product trading activities at the booth venue or in the vicinity of the facility
* Sit-ins around the facility
* Occupying benches etc. for long periods of time
If any of these actions are observed, staff will contact you.
◎Please follow the instructions of staff inside and outside the venue and in the waiting line. If you do not follow the instructions, if you violate the rules, or if you cause a nuisance to others, we may be forced to suspend or cancel the sale. In such cases, the organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible.
◎Due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather or operational reasons on the day, sales may end without notice or sales times may change. Please note that the contents may also be changed or sales may be canceled.
◎The organizers, venue, and performers will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur inside or outside the venue.
◎We will not accept any inquiries regarding the venue facilities.
