*The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, etc. that occur as a result of not following the instructions of staff.

Please ensure your smartphone or tablet (excluding some models) is fully charged and working beforehand. We cannot be held responsible for any issues such as dead battery or malfunction of your smartphone or tablet (excluding some models).

*Regarding the date of the event, each member will be required to participate within the time period allocated by the organizer. We will not be able to accommodate outside of this time period.

*If the conversation contains inappropriate content (such as slander against members, questions that cannot be answered, forcing members to assume certain poses or expressions, or behavior that violates public order and morals), the staff may force the conversation to end even in the middle of the conversation at their discretion.

*During the event, staff may touch your body, luggage, etc. to guide you. Please only apply if you are able to accept this.

*Name tags and name plates are only permitted if they are business card sized (or palm sized) pin badges that can be attached to clothing. Name plates worn around the neck, hand-held fans, handwritten paper, etc. are prohibited. Staff may decide not to allow certain items.
