• 不正が発覚した場合は、当選は無効となります。

• 車椅子でご来場の方は、当日会場係員にお声掛けください。

• 禁止事項に該当する行為が発覚した場合、今後の関連イベントにはご参加をお断りいたします。

• イベント中に不適切な表現（メンバーへの誹謗中傷、ポーズ･表情や発言の強要、公序良俗に反する行為等）が見られた場合など、スタッフの判断によりイベントから退場していただく場合がございます。

• 当日は係員およびスタッフの指示に従ってください。従っていただけない場合、参加をお断りすることや、またやむを得ずMeet & Greetを中止にする可能性もございます。

• 会場内でスタッフの指示および注意事項に従わずに生じた事故、お客様同士のトラブルについては、主催者は一切責任を負いません。

• イベント会場内外で発生した事故・盗難等には主催者・会場・出演者は一切責任を負いません。貴重品は各自で管理してください。

• 当日Meet & Greetの模様を撮影させていただく可能性がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

• ご当選者様による携帯電話・ビデオカメラ等での録音・録画・撮影は一切禁止となります。Meet & Greet開始前には携帯電話の電源をお切りいただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

• 荷物について：大きいお荷物は事前に外部施設のコインロッカー等にお預けください。会場ではキャリーバッグやお荷物のお預かり、荷物置き場の設置はございません。会場周辺の公共施設・駅等をご利用される場合、各施設のご迷惑となる行為はご遠慮ください。

Tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets.

Admission

To enter, you will need one smartphone for each e-ticket. Your companions will also need smartphones.

If you apply for two or more tickets, you will need to distribute the e-tickets to your companions.

Upon entering, launch the [LIVE QR PLUS] app and have the QR code displayed.

Please make sure that the person who applied and the accompanying person who received the electronic ticket from the applicant are present at the venue. We may ask for your identity on the day of the performance. Please make sure to bring a valid ID* that can be used for identity verification.
If you are not the person in question or if you forget your valid ID*, you may be denied entry. In such cases, no refunds will be given for the ticket price or other expenses.

If you are unable to attend for unavoidable reasons, please use the "fixed price trade" service provided by ticket board.

*Overseas members are not permitted to list items in "Fixed Price Trade".

*Fixed price trading is available to those who can receive the ticket price at a convenience store in Japan or into a bank account in Japan.

If your companion does not have a smartphone

Please register as a ticket board member (free of charge) using your personal information from a computer or other device.

*If you do not have a device capable of receiving SMS, select "Register later" or register a mobile phone number where a family member or other person can be contacted.

• All advance tickets will be sold by lottery. Tickets will not be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so please check the notes regarding the performance during the application period and apply carefully.   *In order to verify your membership, some of the information you entered when applying for tickets and the information you registered on Ticket Board may be provided to IS:SUE OFFICIAL FANCLUB. The information provided will be used only for verifying your membership and will be promptly deleted once verification is complete.

• Any tickets purchased at this reception desk may not be resold to a third party for any reason. Providing or transferring tickets to a third party for the purpose of resale is also prohibited. In addition, purchasing tickets for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited.

• If you lose or forget your ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the venue, regardless of the reason. Please be aware that tickets cannot be reissued.

• There is no cloakroom or other facility where you can leave your luggage inside the venue. Please manage your luggage and valuables at your own risk. The organizers will not be held responsible for any damages such as theft or loss.

• During the performance, cheering goods (OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK, fans, etc.) are prohibited from being of a height or size that interferes with the performance or the viewing of other customers, as well as from causing a nuisance.

• Detailed information on admission procedures on the day of the performance, as well as precautions and the latest information on infection control measures will be posted on this special website and our official social media accounts from time to time, so please be sure to read them before attending.

• In order to protect the rights of artists, bringing photography and recording equipment (cameras, binoculars with photography capabilities, recorders, video recorders, etc.) into the venue, taking photographs with cameras or mobile phones, filming videos, recording audio, live streaming (live broadcasting with audio and video), etc. are strictly prohibited.

• Please note that if anyone is found taking photographs or recordings, the equipment will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the venue. The organizers and artists will not be held responsible for any accidents or thefts that occur due to failure to follow the instructions of the staff.

• Please note that any actions that disrupt the work of venue staff may be recorded or photographed in order to maintain order at the venue.

• Bringing in any support goods other than official IS:SUE merchandise is prohibited.

• It is prohibited to sell or distribute unofficial goods using IS:SUE 's image or name within the venue premises or in nearby facilities or public places. Furthermore, such actions will not be permitted under any circumstances.

• In the unlikely event that unauthorized sales/distribution is discovered, the relevant products will be confiscated and identity verification will be carried out, and if it is found that you are a fan club member, you will be expelled and denied entry to the performance and venue premises. In more serious cases, in order to prevent recurrence, we may be forced to take legal action against those who take pictures or eavesdrop without prior notice, as it is considered an illegal act, so please absolutely refrain from such acts.
  Furthermore, unless the number of people purchasing such unofficial merchandise decreases, it will be difficult to reduce the unauthorized sale and distribution of unofficial goods. We ask for your understanding that this is an act that violates the rights of artists.

• Tickets for this performance will be sold as electronic tickets in order to reduce contact with other visitors through paper tickets and to ensure that all attendee information is registered. When entering the venue, please operate your smartphone or other device yourself.

• However, please refrain from speaking at a volume or frequency that may cause discomfort to other customers, and be mindful of not disrupting the viewing experience.

• During the performance, please watch from your seat, either standing or sitting. Any actions that bring you close to other customers in front, behind, or on either side of you, such as leaving your seat, running forward, or leaning forward, are prohibited.

• Any kind of crowded gathering and trading of goods, etc. is prohibited both inside and outside the venue.

• If you feel unwell after entering the venue, please inform a member of staff immediately.

• Please note that staff will contact any visitors who appear to be unwell. We also ask for your understanding that we may refuse entry to those in a certain condition.

• Unnecessary seat movements or exchanges during the performance are prohibited, and attendees are asked to refrain from contact with other attendees and lending or borrowing items.

• Eating or drinking is prohibited during the performance, except for the purpose of hydration. Bringing in alcoholic beverages/drinking is prohibited.

• Information regarding store hours will be provided at each venue.

• To prevent resale, tickets for this performance will be received as electronic tickets, and the applicant's name will be displayed on the ticket. In addition, if tickets are distributed to companions, the companion's name will be displayed on the ticket.

• If you are unable to display your ticket due to not having a smartphone or incomplete registration, you may be denied entry regardless of the reason.

• Please note that on the day of the performance, baggage inspections will be conducted upon entry to the venue to improve safety.

• Bringing electronic devices (cameras, binoculars with a shooting function, recorders, video recording devices, etc.) and dangerous items into the venue is prohibited. We cannot store items inside the venue, so please store your suitcases and other luggage in a nearby coin locker in advance and keep your luggage compact when you come to the venue.

• If prohibited items are found, please follow the instructions of staff. Once it is confirmed that there are no prohibited items, you will be allowed entry.

• There will be no temperature check upon entry. Please be sure to monitor your health.

• After leaving the venue, please move promptly without lingering around the venue.

Anyone who falls under any of the following categories may be denied entry.
