We will start shipping the Annual IS:SUE (Continuation Bonus) 2025 for August 2025 on the dates below.


[Annual IS:SUE2025 Recipients】

Those who meet all of the following conditions are eligible to receive the shipment.

・2025年3月31日までに「月会費まとめて払いコース」へご登録いただいた方。

*This also includes cases where you change from the "Monthly Membership Fee Course" during the above period.

- Those who renew for the next year during the renewal period (from three months prior to the membership expiration date to the last day of one month after the membership expiration date).

- Those whose membership expiration date after renewal is between April 30, 2026 and March 31, 2027.

-Delivery will be by regular mail or international parcel.

-Delivery may take up to a week depending on traffic conditions and your area of residence.

・We have received many inquiries regarding incomplete addresses. Please be sure to check your registered address.

[Information regarding renewal of IS:SUE OFFICIAL FANCLUB membership]

Renewal procedures can be carried out from the 1st of the month in which your membership expires until the last day of the following month.

If you have set up automatic renewal, the renewal process will be carried out around the end of the month in which your membership expires.
